Rick started his real estate career in 1976. That same year he had 42 sales and became a multi-million dollar salesman every year thereafter. Averaging nearly 200 sales per year, DeLuca earned Salesman of Year honors with a record of 292 transactions. With less than five years in real estate, DeLuca bought the company he worked for and grew it from 40 agents to 193 agents. While increasing the size of his company, he shared his system of success with his agents. Although 80 percent of his agents were hired as new licensees, they achieved national recognition for production. DeLuca blends his proven teaching ability with a sense of real world ideas that audiences greatly appreciate. Not just a speaker, he has been out there on the firing line just like his peers. Wayne Paprocki is a member of the International Federation of Professional Speakers and the Real Estate Educators Association. He was the first Illinois recipient of the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) designation and has conducted seminars in more than 38 states. His audiences have ranged from 10 to over 10,000; with suspense, excitement and humor he helps them break through their self-imposed barriers. During 1990-1992, Paprocki’s real estate sales volume was averaging $18.6 million in gross sales each year. He left his selling career to travel and train agents across the country. Since then, Paprocki has been working with top real estate producers and key corporate clients. Paprocki was been appointed by the Governor to serve as a member of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation Real Estate Education Advisory Council which is responsible for all of Real Estate license law and education in Illinois. Paprocki also serves as the Board President of the North Shore – Barrington Association of REALTORS®.

A Board of Director of the National Association of REALTORS® for the past five years, Dean Rouso has also served the real estate industry in 2010 and 2011 as President of Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) — one of the nation’s largest Multiple Listing Services, with more than 35,000 members. Rouso underwent intensive formal training in negotiation strategy and skills, and has attended numerous continuing education courses in negotiations. Over the past 14 years that Rouso has worked in La Grange-La Grange Park, he has very successfully negotiated more than $250 million dollars of real estate for more than 800 buyers and sellers. Rouso takes a consultative approach in helping his team’s seller and buyer clients assess their needs and then discuss the most effective and efficient options available toward meeting their goals. He and his clients then design a personalized game plan or strategy that will result in the most beneficial client property sale or purchase based on using the power of the “Team” approach.

Jonathan serves as the chief economist of Realtor.com focused on residential real estate market, local market conditions and consumer demand for apartments and homes. Previously, Smoke has served in key executive roles for Hanley Wood, a premier information, media, event, and strategic marketing services company serving the residential, commercial design and construction industries, including chief economist and senior vice president, executive director of market intelligence, and senior vice president of products and innovation. Smoke earned a master’s degree in business administration in 1994 from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree in economics and religious studies from Rhodes College.
